What is MCP server access in a CRM?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor interact directly with your CRM via natural language. Instead of clicking through menus, you can say 'show me my pipeline summary' or 'create a follow-up task for Sarah' and the AI does it. RadiusOS includes MCP server access on every plan including Free. Attio offers MCP only on its Pro tier ($69/user/mo). Most other CRMs in this comparison, and both field-service tools, only have traditional REST APIs.

Is RadiusOS a Jobber alternative?

Partly. RadiusOS replaces the customer-relationship side of Jobber: contacts, deals, quotes, invoices, scheduling, mobile walkthrough capture with AI recap, magic-link reviewer approvals, and Stripe payments. RadiusOS does not have a drag-and-drop dispatch board, route optimization, or live GPS tech tracking. If your business is mostly self-scheduled jobs (small contractor, solo electrician, one-person shop) RadiusOS at $19/mo flat usually beats Jobber Core at $39/mo per crew. For solo operators and small shops, often yes. RadiusOS gives you the customer record, quote-to-invoice flow, walkthrough capture, voice-to-recap AI, reviewer approval flow, and Gmail-based follow-up automation that Housecall Pro charges $65/mo (Basic) or $169/mo (Essentials) for. RadiusOS does not give you GPS dispatch, a native field-tech mobile app, or telephony integration. If your operation depends on dispatching multiple trucks or you need a native iOS/Android app for techs in the field, Housecall Pro is purpose-built for that.
