● Our story

One founder. One AI partner.
Built for the trades.

The roofer running three crews. The HVAC tech booking next week. The realtor juggling twelve clients. They deserve software that fits their day, not a Salesforce demo. So one person sat down with Claude Code and built it.

This page is the honest version of how that's going.

The problem

The trades got skipped.

There are hundreds of CRMs. Almost all of them were designed for a SaaS sales team in San Francisco. They charge $30 to $100 per seat per month, demand an admin to configure, and assume you live at a desk. The roofer tracking leads in a notebook, the HVAC tech writing job notes on the back of an estimate, the realtor with twelve hot clients in their phone contacts - none of them were the customer.

They deserve the same software a Fortune 500 sales team has. They should not have to pay for the privilege of being ignored.

How it gets built

One person and Claude Code.

I'm Chad. I'm the only person on the team. The product gets built by me directing Claude Code through Anthropic, line by line, day by day. Claude writes the code. I make the calls about what to build, who to build it for, and what to leave out.

That's not a marketing angle. It's the operating model. A solo founder with a real AI collaborator can now ship things that used to require a team of ten. The upside: nothing here exists because it scored well in a roadmap meeting. It exists because a roofer or a realtor on a phone call described a real problem.

The shape of the product

Photos first. Voice rides along. AI fills it in.

Most CRMs ask you to type. That's fine at a desk. It's terrible on a roof. So the product is built for the people who actually do the work: open the camera, take photos of what matters, talk while you do it. The AI assembles the recap, files it on the right customer, and drafts the follow-up by morning.

A few non-obvious calls held the whole thing together. One example: instead of splitting Deals, Contacts, and Jobs into separate tables the way enterprise CRMs do, RadiusOS uses a unified record model. Why that matters for a trades business.

What one founder + AI has shipped so far

Six things worth pointing at.

Not a feature roll-up. Six specific moments where the product does something a traditional CRM does not.

📸

Walk & Talk on-site recap

Open the camera, photograph what matters, talk while you work. The AI files the recap on the right customer record before you're back in the truck.

🌅

Morning Digest, drafted overnight

Every morning, the five stalest follow-ups arrive already written. You read, edit, send. A 60-second ritual instead of an hour of email.

✍️

Drafts that sound like you

After a week of inbox sync, the AI learns your voice and writes follow-ups in your sentence length, your greeting, your sign-off. Not generic ChatGPT prose.

🧠

Vertical-aware AI

A roofer's drafts and walkthrough recaps mention inspections, tear-off, and the storm date. A plumber's recap mentions the fixture and the shut-off. A therapist's drafts confirm session times without giving clinical advice. The AI writes - across drafts, Walk & Talk recaps, and line items from photos - like someone who runs your kind of business.

20+ ready-made setups

Roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, landscaping, real estate, therapy, fitness, recruiting, sales. Pick the one closest to your work and start in minutes.

Free MCP server, every tier

Manage your customer list from Claude, Cursor, or any AI assistant. 34 tools, included on every plan including Free. Most other CRMs gate this behind $30+ per seat.

The honest part

Small team. Real product. Working in public.

RadiusOS does not have thousands of users yet. There is no enterprise sales team. No Series B. There is one founder, an AI pair programmer, paying customers, and a list of things to ship next. That's the whole company.

The trade-off is direct. You get a product shaped by someone who can actually talk to users, change the code, and ship the fix this week. You do not get the polish of a twenty-year-old vendor with a partner channel. If that math works for your business, we should probably talk.
