Why doesn't RadiusOS have a separate Deals page like HubSpot or Salesforce?
RadiusOS uses a unified Record model - your template chooses what a Record looks like. In a SaaS template it renders as a Deal; in real estate it's a Listing; in field service it's a Job; in coaching it's a Client. One schema, one pipeline, no multi-table joins. Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan is completely free - no credit card required, no trial period. Use it as long as you want.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrade instantly from your billing settings. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data stays safe. You just won't be able to access Pro features until you upgrade again. Nothing is deleted.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Not yet. We bill monthly today. If you'd like us to prioritize annual billing, email hello@radiusos.ai.
Can I export my data?
Yes. CSV import and export are free on every plan, including Free. We believe in data portability - your customers are yours, no vendor lock-in.
How does the AI work?
RadiusOS uses Claude by Anthropic - one of the most advanced AI models available. It reads your customer info and writes follow-ups that match your kind of business and your tone. Every plan includes AI credits - 75/month on Free, 300/month on Pro, unlimited on Business and Team. One credit = one AI action (a score refresh, a draft email, a chat message, auto-filling missing info, searching by meaning).
What's an AI credit?
One credit = one AI action. Refreshing a customer's score, drafting a follow-up email, asking the in-app chat a question, auto-filling missing info on a customer, searching your notes by meaning - each costs one credit. Regular work (adding customers, sending plain emails through Gmail, moving customers between steps) never uses credits. Credits reset on the first day of each month.
Is the connection to Claude, Cursor, and ChatGPT really free for everyone?
Yes. You can connect Claude Desktop, Cursor, ChatGPT, or any compatible AI assistant to your RadiusOS workspace from any plan, including Free. Regular actions (search customers, create tasks, see your list) are free forever. AI-flavored actions (suggest a next step, search by meaning) use credits from your monthly pool - same as in-app AI.
How does the AI know my kind of business?
When you pick a setup (e.g., Roofing, Real Estate, HVAC), the AI learns who you are and who your customers are. A realtor writing to a buyer gets a different follow-up than one writing to a seller. An HVAC tech following up on a tune-up sounds different than a roofer following up on insurance. It adapts automatically - no setup required.
Why is AI free? What's the catch?
No catch. We believe AI should be the product, not a premium add-on - and you should be able to feel it before you pay. Free users get 75 monthly AI credits across every AI feature plus the connection to Claude, Cursor, and ChatGPT. Pro users get 300 credits and unlock auto-email series and workflow shortcuts. Business unlocks unlimited AI plus extra business tools. The AI is the hook - how much you use it is the upgrade.
I'm a contractor or tradesperson. Is this for me?
Absolutely. RadiusOS has setups built for HVAC, roofing, painting, landscaping, plumbing, and general contracting. From there you can draft a quote from the photos in one tap, share a client-facing public link, or download a branded PDF.
